Go to www.bpascheduler.com and select your state and region (if you do not know what region to choose, please contact your state advisor). Select your school from the school list, enter your password and click "Log In". Q. What if I do not know my password? A. Contact your state or regional advisor. They will be able to supply you with your password. Q. What if my school is not listed on the login page? A. First, verify that you selected the correct region for your school. If you are not certain which region to choose, please contact your state or regional advisor to find out. If you are looking in the correct region and your school is not listed, you may add your school to the list by clicking the link at the bottom of the login page. Q. How do I register a student for a competition? A. After logging in, click on the "Students" link. Click on the student to register for events. Place a check mark in each competition that the student is participating in and click "Save Student". Alternatively, you may click on the "Competitions" link and select the competition that the student is participating in. This will list every student from your school. Place a check mark in the box next to the appropriate student's name and click "Save Competition". Q. How do I add a student to my contestant list? A: Students are added automatically at 2:00am the evening following the date that they are registered in the membership registration system with National BPA. Advisors cannot manually add contestant names. Q. What if the competition that my student wants to compete in is not listed? A. If you do not see a competition in the "Competitions" section of the web site, the competition is probably not offered in your region. You may contact your regional or state advisor to confirm that it is not offered. Regional and state advisors are able to add new competitions to the list if it turns out that one is missing. Q. What do I do once all of my students are registered for their competitions? A. After logging in, select the "Submit Registration" link. Then put a check mark in the box and click the "Submit Registration" button. Once you do this, the regional advisor will be notified that your school has registered all of its students, and you will no longer be allowed to make changes to the data. After doing this, you will need to contact your regional or state advisor if you want to change any registrations. Q. How do I remove a student from the system? A. After logging in, click the "Students" link. Click on the student that you would like to remove from the database. Near the top of this page there is a link called "Delete Student". Clicking this link will remove the student from the database. Once this is done, there is no way to retrieve the student's data, it is gone for good. If the student is still in the National BPA database, the student will be added back to your list at 2:00am. You must drop the student from the National BPA database before deleting the student from this site. Q. What reports may I run from this system? A. There are no reports that can be generated from the web site. Your regional and state advisors are able to run several reports, but not on the web site. However, the "Students" link will list every student in the school and every competition that each student is competing in. The "Competitions" link displays every competition and every student that is signed up to compete in that competition.
